Bolton Road is a development of 46 no. residential dwellings, with associated gardens and access parking.
This includes a mixture of 14 no. semi-detached blocks and 5 no. terraced blocks rented by Home Group based on an assessment of need and demand in the area for this type of housing. All dwellings are Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. The buildings are designed to be long life, durable, low maintenance and energy efficient. The units comply with Secure by Design and achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 using a ‘Fabric first’ solution, enabling the residents to get the benefit of lower fuel bills without having to make any lifestyle changes.
This scheme was developed as a “land inclusive” scheme delivering a turnkey development to the Client, Home Housing. Site acquisition and planning were funded by the development parties Strategic Team Group and Brewster Bye Architects along with the assistance of Bradford City Council.
