As part of the overall redevelopment of Stockton-on-Tees riverside, BBA have developed three phases of family housing for Muse and Thirteen Housing Group. We have delivered 82 houses in phase 3 with a mix of outright sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. In addition we have secured planning for, and a contractor is now on site with, 113 further affordable rent and shared ownership units as part of phase 4 and 5.

Each phase is designed to take advantage of the river views and enhance connectivity through the area. The architecture is designed to feel like a natural aesthetic progression through each phase, so the whole redevelopment feels cohesive. All phases are also tenure blind in regard to the elevational approach further enhancing this feeling of a comprehensive and cohesive approach.
