Remembering John Lister

On the 7th anniversary since his death, today we remember our friend and colleague, John Lister, who sadly died in a road traffic accident in 2009.

During his five years at Brewster Bye Architects he was always eager to succeed, John’s professionalism, large personality and social appetite saw him become an integral and valued member of the practice respected by peers, clients and colleagues alike. During his time at BBA his career progressed from the role of Architectural Technologist to that of Associate and Team Leader.

His professionalism and talent ensured that he was responsible for a number of significant buildings; however it was his desire to share his knowledge and give his time to support the development of his colleagues that he will be best remembered.

Seven years have passed but we have never forgotten John, our thoughts are with his partner Caroline and his family during this time. He was a person who made an immense impact on all of those who met him and were fortunate to work with him. Today at BBA we take a moment to remember our wonderful colleague and friend. His memory will always live on.
