Projects currently at planning stage:

Selby Road, Eggborough

A Reserved Matters application has been submitted for 76 houses, comprising two, three and four bed homes in the Yorkshire village of Eggborough. The scheme will be developed by Westleigh Partnership Ltd to provide much needed housing in the area, as well as a large expanse of Public Open Space.

Following consultation with Selby District Council through a formal pre-application process, collaboration with the design team and advice received from North Yorkshire County Council, Brewster Bye Architects have developed the design proposal to address the Reserved Matters set out by the Outline permission granted in December 2015.


Regent Terrace, Leeds

Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development at Regent Terrace in Leeds.

The development will see the demolition of the existing building on the site for the construction of a modern residential development comprising 4 apartment and 10 studio apartments, with associated staff facilities, training room and office.



Projects on site:

Brunswick Court

Brunswick Court has commenced on site for the conversion of existing office suites into 39 new 1 and 2 bed apartments in the centre of Leeds.

LGHS Phase 3

Stonebridge Homes are due to start on site converting the original stable block into four 3 bed townhouses.


Sedburn Road, Kirkby

Works are progressing well on site at Sedburn Road, Kirkby.

Following the installation of the foundations we are now seeing screed being poured to achieve finished floor level.



Newhall Gate, Leeds

Lovells are progressing well on site for 27 new 2 and 3 bedroom homes for affordable rent in Belle Isle, Leeds for Leeds Federated Housing Association.




Fleet Street, Chorley

Eric Wright Construction are progressing well on site with the Primrose Gardens development for 65 apartments for the over 55's with landscaped gardens and communal areas.



Former Leeds Girl's High School

The conversion of the Former Leeds Girl's High School to 36 luxury apartments is nearing completion.
