King William House, Hull

Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the façade of King William House on Market Place and Liberty Lane, Hull in association with the approval for the conversion of first,

second and third floor of the existing building to create 30 one and two bedroom apartments and 9 retail units at ground level. The redevelopment of the façade of the retail units, creating a continuous arcade along Market Place and Liberty Lane, provides a new façade facing the minster.


Talbot House, Old Trafford

Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development in Old Trafford, Manchester.

The proposed new use for the site is for 156 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed residential units comprised as duplex and single storey units contained within 1 block, with accompanying parking and ancillary spaces.

The site will be regenerated providing modern units compliant with current space standards, units will benefit from roof top terraces, balconies, gardens and landscaped grounds.


Sanford Street Phase 1 & 2

Phase 1 of the conversion of a former office building into 28 one and two bed apartments is nearing completion on site.

Phase 2 consisting of a 2 storey 12 apartment roof extension, has received planning permission and is expected be on site over the coming months.


Saxon House

Planning has been submitted for the conversion of offices in to 34 1 bedroom apartments in a central location in Ipswich.

The Highways

Works have started on the refurbishment and recladding of two Tower Blocks in Leeds.

The works on the two towers include are to enclose the open access landings and access cores with an aluminium framed curtain walling system which will protect residents from the elements and help improve thermal performance of the flats.All windows and doors will be replaced and the remaining exposed external walls will be clad externally in a Wetherby EWI system to further enhance thermal performance and finished in a light grey render.


Chellow Heights

Strategic Team Group are progressing well on site for 66 affordable family homes in Bradford for Home Group.

The development consists of a mix of 2 and 3 bed two storey family dwelling all with incurtilage parking.
