Looking back, 2013 was a very successful year for Brewster Bye Architects and even though 2014 has only begun it looks like it will be just as good, if not better. Various schemes continue on site, more planning approvals have been granted and there is a continuation of new projects coming into the office. BBA also are hoping to grow with new employees starting in the near future.
This month at BBA:
projects at planning/construction stage:
There has been a large amount of projects that have acquired Planning approval this month ranging from family housing developments to Extra Care schemes and hotels. Some of the more notable projects include Woolley Wood in Sheffield, a development of 46 Extra Care units for Sanctuary Housing.
projects on site:
We have many different projects that are currently progressing well on site. They include St Ann’s, a development of 13 flats and 2 houses in Leeds for Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association with ESH Group.
We also have a few projects that have recently completed their final handover. They include The Beeches Phase ll at Menston. Consisting of two new build bungalows and glazed link, it is an extension to the Extra Care housing development at The Beeches by Angus James Construction.
We would like to say a fond farewell to our friend and colleague Paul Vaughan who is leaving Brewster Bye after 8 years of employment with us. We wish him well in this new and exciting stage of his career.
