Beaumont Fee, Lincoln

Planning has been submitted on behalf of Parklane Properties for 138 luxury student apartments with a wide range of communal areas, 24 hour security and a concierge service.

These include gym, study rooms, a games room, cinema room and self service canteen.

The scheme is located in the historic city of Lincoln incorporating 3 existing buildings with new structures retaining heritage in a fully integrated scheme.

The scheme is close to all local amenities, historic shopping district, universities and transport links.

Extra Care Village in Chorley

Eric Wright Construction has started the ground works for an Extra Care Village in Chorley for Chorley Borough Council.

The development includes 65 extra care flats to current AD Part M2 standards, a cafe restaurant and a replacement sprung floor dance hall.

The buildings commercial café and dance hall have a public frontage onto Fleet Street inviting visitors into the building. The residential areas are designed around a central green courtyard garden and the scheme offers sensory gardens, allotments and a variety of habitat areas for residents to enjoy.




East Acres, Byram

Strategic Team Group are progressing well on sit and are now upto foundation level for anew affordable homes scheme in East Acres, Byram , Selby.

The development consists of 5 no. 1 bed units, 15 no. 2 bed units, 7 no. 3 bed units and 2 no. 4 bed units and will be made available for rent by Home Group.




Chellow Heights, Bradford

Strategic Team Group are progressing well on site for 66 affordable family homes in Bradford for Home Group.

The development consists of a mix of 2 and 3 bed two storey family dwellings all with incurtilage parking.




Radcliffe Road, Bradford

Bridgestone Construction are progressing well on site for 11 new family homes the development is due to handover in September 2017.



Leeds Girl’s High School Conversion

The show flats on the former Leeds Girl’s High School conversion are nearly complete and will soon be available for view.
