January Roundup of News

This month at BBA:

Projects currently at planning stage:

East Acres, Byram, Selby

Planning has been granted to create a 29 no. dwelling residential development, with new vehicular access road and shared mews courts. All units are affordable dwellings, made available for rent by Home Group to be constructed by Strategic Team Group.

The accommodation comprises 5 No. 1 bed units, 15 No. 2 bed units, 7 No. 3 bed and 2 No. 4 bed units.

The layout is compliant with the Neighbourhoods for Living document, in terms of amenity distances and boundary treatments. A new adopted road and shared surface access court is to be created off East Acres as indicated on the Proposed Site Layout. Consideration has been given to creating an open but inward facing development with all units benefiting from views across the scheme, forming courtyards and defined spaces. The development achieves Building for Life and exceeds the HQI/ HCA funding criteria.

Northshore Homezone Phase 3

Planning has been granted for 82 new build 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes overlooking the River Tees for Muse Developments.
