Projects currently at planning stage:

Former Salvation Army Site, Kirkstall Lane, Leeds

Planning has been submitted for the former Salvation Army site, Kirkstall lane Leeds. Following years of lying empty the site is being developed to provide a residential development of 8 new build duplex apartments and 4 new one bed apartments, set within landscaped gardens and all with allocated car parking. The site sits to the north west of Leeds city centre on Kirkstall Lane between Kirkstall and Headingley offering sustainable transport links to the city centre.




Regent Terrace, Leeds

A new build residential scheme for St Georges Crypt has been submitted for planning approval at Regent Terrace in Leeds. The proposal is for the demolition of the existing building on the site and the construction of a modern residential development comprising 4 apartments and 10 studio apartments, with associated staff facilities, training room and office.




Sutton Park Estate, Leeds

Planning Permission has been granted for 14 new build 2 bed affordable rent houses replacing two blocks of 1 bed flats in the Sutton Park Estate near Halton, Leeds. The site is being redeveloped by Affinity Sutton Housing Association.

The scheme will provide much needed affordable housing and a new community space for the residents of the Sutton Park Estate. The buildings are designed to fit into the historic red-brick and render 1930’s homes of Sutton Park, whilst adding contemporary design features. The design forms part of a continued redevelopment of this area by Affinity Sutton to provide new, modern housing.

Northshore Homezone Phase 3

Work has stated on site for 82 No. 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes overlooking the River Tees for Muse Developments.


Radcliffe Road, Bolton

Bridgestone Construction are progressing well on site with the two show homes nearly complete and the rest of the development due to handover in May/June 2017.


Cowlersley Lane, Huddersfield

Works are progressing well for 42 new houses at the former Waste Mill at Cowlersley Lane, Lower Linthwite, Huddersfield for Mark Oliver Homes.




Completed Projects:

Hesketh Bank, Preston

RP Tyson have completed the handover of the Methodist Church which was well received with prayers and songs by the Church members.

The residential phase will be handed over throughout April and May 2017.
