Nathan is an award-winning architect with over 24 years’ experience having joined BBA in 2007 after returning to Yorkshire following 8 years working in London after graduating from Cardiff University.

He specialises in a wide variety of residential typologies, including older persons housing, general needs housing, city living and large-scale regeneration / masterplanning schemes. With a strong interest in placemaking, Nathan is central to the design ethos of the practice and developing innovative approaches to the design of homes. His extensive knowledge of statutory regulations, design guidance and procurement strategies have enabled him to deliver multiple long-term projects from feasibility through to completion, working with both national and Yorkshire based developers, Housing Associations and contractors.

Since becoming a director of the practice in 2013, Nathan has responsibility for resourcing and productivity alongside project delivery.
