Oleander House is located within the Telford Millennium Community development and comprises 12 No. one bedroom apartments for adults with learning difficulties. Through a person-centred support package, residents are able to live as independently as possible. In addition to the apartments there is a communal lounge and large communal garden which along with the facilities of the neighbouring Extra Care scheme, can be used by residents.

The building has been designed with a contemporary aesthetic that compliments the existing houses within the wider TMC development and echoes the strong gable motif and brickwork detailing. In addition the scheme has been built using thermally efficient masonry construction and achieves a BREEAM rating of very good.
