This project is part of the development of the new British Waterways North-East Headquarters building on Neptune Street adjacent to the River Aire. It comprises of a number of two storey, Grade II listed industrial buildings which have also been renovated and converted into offices. Along with the redevelopment and refurbishment of the listed buildings, the adjacent riverside walkway has also been developed and restored. The waterfront and the integration of the existing buildings into the scheme were critical to the success of the development and was the result of a successful partnership with Leeds City Council.
