The proposed development contains eight 3-bedroom and three 4-bedroom detached homes. Plots 6-11 to the South of the new access court are aligned in keeping with the character of existing properties to the rear; whilst the houses (plots 2-5) located along the Radcliffe Road frontage are positioned to have good private gardens whilst giving an active frontage to Radcliffe Road. Plots 3 and 4 positively address the access court entrance.
The new dwellings are traditionally detailed using facing bricks with contrasting render and cast stone window surrounds. High-quality hard and soft landscaping will enhance the overall appearance of the scheme.
