Planning has been granted for 13 affordable homes for rent in Byram Park Road, Selby.
The development will consist of a mix of 9 No. 2 bedroom units, 3 No. 3 bedroom units and 1 No. 4 bedroom unit. The scheme has been designed within the designated boundary of Byram given its status as a service village, and aims to provide increased affordable housing in line with the Selby District Core Strategy Plan (2013) point 2.58.
Houses within the development will be designed to an appropriate scale and density, consisting of two storey detached and semi-detached units.
