After a successful Planning Consultation Brewster Bye Architects have submitted a planning application for a mixed-use development comprising of 36 family houses and 20 flats for sale, 15 flats at affordable rent/sale and a 400 sqm A1 retail unit. These will occupy a site to the south of current developments within the grounds of the former Lancaster Moor Hospital, Quernmore Road, Lancaster.

The developer PJ Livesey are residential experts of both the conversion of listed buildings and new build dwellings with over 30 years’ experience.
