Hanover Point, Stockton-On-Tees was officially opened by Hanover Housing Association in September alongside local dignitaries such as the Mayor of Stockton-On-Tees councillor Kathryn Nelson who unveiled a celebratory plaque to mark the occasion.
Hanover Point has seen a significant transformation over the last year. A new entrance, windows and external wall insulation were installed to greatly improve the thermal efficiency and enhanced the aesthetics of the out-dated façade.
Hanover Point resident 96 year old Nancy Wilson said: “I am really pleased with the work by Hanover and its architects. They have given my home a stunning face lift which I am very proud of.”
