Chellow Heights, Bradford

Planning permission has been granted for 66 affordable family dwellings as defined under the NPPF, which will be owned and managed by Home Group. The development consists of a mix of 2 and 3 bed, 2 storey family dwellings all within curtilage parking.

Soft landscaping / tree planting is proposed to the site to enhance and increase biodiversity. The proposed accords with policies on use and sustainability.

Detailed and careful consideration was given to the proposed layout to create a development that not only respects the site and its surroundings but also creates a high quality development in this location.

Bridgestone Construction are progressing well on site for 11 family homes for sale at Radcliffe Road, Bolton with the foundations well underway for the two showhomes.

Clarendon Road, Leeds

The renovation of grade II listed former Burley House into 16 self contained studio 1 and 2 bed apartments has been completed for YPP.

The scheme also included the demolition of rear garages to create a contemporary 2 storey new build containing 9 apartments.
