East Parade, Leeds
Planning permission has been granted for the conversion of an existing 2 storey building into a commercial unit, 5 residential apartments and roof top extension for YPP in Leeds City Centre.
Planning permission has been granted for 23 affordable apartments. The site is part of the St George’s Crypt initiative to provide good quality, affordable housing across the city of Leeds. Whilst the Crypt has a long and established reputation within the homeless sector, their intention is to create mixed communities which provide much needed affordable housing to a variety of residents who are connected by their need for housing. The dwellings are all housed within a contemporary building that benefits from the provision of communal facilities, an office and a workshop. Landscaped grounds will also provide private outside space for residents to enjoy.
