Adel

Following an extensive pre-application and consultation process, Brewster Bye are pleased to announce planning submission for a bespoke housing development of 40 houses in Adel, North Leeds on behalf of Black Caviar Properties Ltd. The scheme will contain a mix of two to five bedroom contemporary detached houses which have been designed to fit in with the materiality of the local area. The development will complement its natural surroundings with mature surrounding trees incorporated into the scheme. The masterplan has an organic layout and includes two public open spaces.

United Living are progressing well on site for the construction of 23 new affordable apartments for Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association and are due to handover in the early New Year.

Christmas has come early at Brewster Bye Architects

Brewster Bye Architects have been doing their Christmas shopping early for the Samaritans Operation Christmas Child shoebox collection.

Six rooms of staff put together a shoebox full of goodies for children of various ages and delivered them on Friday to the local ShoeZone depot for dispatch.

Work Completes Transforming Historic Building
