Planning applications

Planning approval was granted on Commercial Road for the conversion of The Former Angel Halls of Residence 36 studio apartments on behalf of Elite Private Residences Ltd.

BBA successfully obtained planning consent in August for Stonebridge Homes to build a mixture of apartments and new build homes in place of the former Leeds Girls High School on Victoria in Headingley.

Following a successful £500,000 refurbishment project at Hanover Court in Haxby, York our Director Mark Henderson & Architectural Technologist Ben Raybould attended celebrations to mark the completion of the development. Residents Celebrate £500K Refurbishment of Hanover Court During Trombone Masterclass!

Marlborough Avenue, a new council housing development in Doncaster has been nominated for a prestigious Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology award. The winners will be announced at the 50th Anniversary Celebratory Luncheon at The Savoy Hotel in London on Friday 25th September.
