The past few month have been really good for Brewster Bye Architects as we have seen five of our projects shortlisted for awards; Greenwich Gardens, HEART, Priory Road, Bolton Road and Madeley Road.
We are very proud of our work and to see multiple projects shortlisted for a variety of awards is extremely pleasing. No matter what the size, each of our schemes consists of varying factors that contribute to an end product that is both of high quality design and function.
Greenwich Gardens, Derby has been shortlisted for the RICS East Midlands in two categories; Residential and Community Benefit. It is an innovative scheme for both residents and members of the local community.
Another project that has been shortlisted for multiple categories is Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre (HEART). It has been shortlisted for the RICS Pro Yorkshire Awards; Community Benefit and Design through Innovation. HEART was a vacant primary school that had fallen in to disrepair but is now a central hub within its community.
Bolton Road, Priory Road and Madeley Road are all Affordable Housing Projects that have been shortlisted for LABC Awards in the West and South Yorkshire regions. Affordable Housing makes a significant contribution to the work that BBA do and it is wonderful to see the recognition for high quality housing reflected in the awards.
Whether we win or not we take pride in knowing that Brewster Bye Architects are receiving recognition for our innovative and cutting-edge architecture.
